Carmelo Molica & Tim Franklin have been successfully selling homes in the local area since the early 90’s. Founded in 2005 by two highly regarded and respected local Estate Agents, Molica Franklin delivers an upfront approach and simple ethos to put the client first.

The Directors

Carmelo possesses a deep passion for helping people, along with a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. His honesty and integrity are well known and respected in the Littlehampton and surrounding areas. This has helped build the foundation of a successful business, able to deliver a truly personal service.

Tim Franklin - Director & Founder

Tim credits his ability for helping people move home with less stress to his professional training and expertise as a Health and Stress therapist. He has presented seminars, published articles and produced a manual on 'Simple ways to enhance your life'. Tim has practiced martial arts for over twenty years and is an instructor of Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Chi Kung.

Company Progress
Molica Franklin was established in 2005, with our first office opening in arguably the best position in the High Street attracting large footfall and passing trade, our in-house Independent Mortgage department was opened shortly afterwards, run by Daniel Molica (brother of Carmelo Molica), allowing buyers, sellers and landlords to seek advice on the best suitable mortgage products available to them through finance planning.

Lettings & Property Management
With the increase of investors choosing Molica Franklin to purchase buy-to-let properties there was an ideal opportunity to establish our Lettings & Property Management department offering the same personal, upfront and caring service clients received through our sales department.

Further Expansion
In 2009, Daniel Molica, as busy as ever helping advise buyers and sellers at a crucial financial and economic period opened the first Molica Finance premises in Littlehampton town centre.  

Commercial Department
In December 2009 we teamed up with Peter King to offer an experienced & professional face-to-face commercial service in addition to our residential sales and lettings departments.

Following the success of our estate & lettings departments and the independent launch of Molica Finance we look to continue to grow and expand offering home-movers and investors a high level and ethical service.
