Carmelo co-founded the company in 2005 and has been an estate agent in Littlehampton since 1996. Having grown up in Littlehampton and his family also having local businesses, gives him great knowledge of the area. Married with 3 children and Bertie, the family dog, twinned with running the company take up most of his time, although when time allows he likes to Mountain bike on the South Downs and visit relatives in Sicily.
Peter joined the team in 2008, having come from various roles in the financial services he was keen to excel in Estate Agency, he started working on Saturday’s showed real potential and has been with us ever since. Peter carries out the valuations for Sales and Lettings in the local area, he enjoys meeting potential clients and helping them to get their house sale moving. He has extensive knowledge of the local area having lived here for many years, in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on Brighton & Hove Albion with his youngest son!
Georgie has been with us since 2016, having worked at a corporate estate agency before she was keen to join a busy independent estate agents to make her mark. She loves working with potential buyers and owners to find them their new home and her friendly and motivated personality is often praised by clients. She is the branch Manager and also a major asset to the sales team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog Milo and keeping fit.
Arun de Courcy
Arun joined us in 2015. Having worked locally for most of his working life, he has a great knowledge of Littlehampton and the surrounding areas. He now runs the Lettings Department and works closely with Fran and Matt to oversee the maintenance on all our properties, ensuring Landlords and Tenants receive a prompt and efficient service whilst maintaining good relations with local trades people to keep this going. In his spare time, he enjoys socialising with friends and family, spending time with his son, and visiting family abroad whenever he can.
Senior Negotiator & Accounts
Jenny joined the team in 2013, she started working on Saturdays to fit in around family life and now works with us part time 4 days a week. She originally worked for a holiday company in Horsham so had previous experience in sales. She enjoys showing applicants round properties and liaising with clients. Jenny also helps out in our lettings department in Accounts and general upkeep of our busy lettings' office. Her bubbly and positive personality makes her a great part of the team. Clients find her easy to deal with and she brings a great energy to the office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two girls, walking her dog and keeping fit.
Senior Property Manager
Fran Joined the lettings team in 2017 after working in sales & management of a Travel Company for over 20 years. Fran works closely with Arun dealing with the maintenance of all the properties we manage, carrying out regular visits to the properties and she enjoys getting to know all our tenants. She has lived in Littlehampton for many years and knows the area very well. When Fran isn’t working she enjoys spending time with Family & Friends and is often travelling to other parts of the world.
With a 20-year knowledge of Littlehampton Matt knows the area well and has a background in social media and sales. He is a vital part of the Letting Department and works closely with Fran and Arun to keep up the maintenance on all our fully managed properties. He also runs the referencing system and arranges the move in dates liasing with Tenants and Landlords. During his free time Matt enjoys seeing his friends and family, eating out at the local restaurants and keeping fit by training Brazilian jui-jitsu and hiking.
Milo - The Office Dog
Chief Well Being Officer
Most days when he’s at the office, Milo can be found participating in client meetings and ensuring staff well being. While it may seem like Milo spends a lot of time sleeping on the job, he is a very good boy and an essential part of the Molica Franklin team. When he’s not at the office, Milo enjoys going for walks and playing outside, making new friends and spending time with his humans, Georgie and Craig. Milo would like to add that he will happily accept bellyrubs from office visitors, clients, the postman and pretty much everyone else.
